Meet Coach Katrina

My name is Katrina Jeromkin, and I am the owner of Ice Force Power and Performance.

I am former competitive figure skater who competed at the Provincial, National and International levels in Singles, Ice Dance and Synchronized Skating. During my amateur career I was a two-time Provincial Champion, Pre-Novice Ice Dance competitor and placed second at Nationals in Synchronized skating. I have been a NCCP Certified Professional Figure Skating coach since 2011 and opened Ice Force Power and Performance in 2022. More recently I returned to competition in 2023 with my Team Unity synchronized skating family and competed at the International Skating Union Adult Skating Competition in Oberstdorf, Germany where our team won international gold.

My passion for skating skill development, attention to detail, fast paced and dynamic training sessions has lead me to providing instruction to all levels of Minor Hockey, AAA, and OHL players.

I believe in creating a supportive and motivating environment where athletes can thrive. My approach will help players master the fundamentals of skating technique at all ages, but is one of the most important skills for all young players. I will focus on building strong edges, proper stride (both length and technique), skating mobility, and other skating traits that build strong, confident players

I offer personalized training plans tailored to individual goals, engaging and dynamic practices, with emphasis on both technique and power. I am able to offer Private, Semi-Private, Small Group and Team skating development sessions.
